Developing a regular gratitude habit sounds like a great idea, but creating a sustained practice takes effort. Until you’ve benefited from a daily dose of it, you can’t really appreciate how uplifting it is. Writing a daily list of three things for which you’re thankful for an entire month will make you want to keep it up. When you notice the sensations you feel in your body as you do this, it will transmit the benefits deeply into your being. Handwriting it on the printable pdf below will help you to make it…
The new normal.

Thanks for this reminder! My daily list, which I’ve been doing for about six months, is five items long. I find I can always rattle off two or three, but then I have to stop and reflect to get the other two, and sometimes after that it goes past five. I need more than three to help create the deep reflection I need to really haul myself up. It is thanks to you and my self-reflection that I have started living this way.
Awesome Larry!
