Some people see a problem and look for others to blame. Others see the problem and look for a solution. Different responses to the same problem create very different outcomes. One complicates the matter by focusing energy on finding culprits. The other goes straight for a remedy with creative enthusiasm. There will always be problems with both people to blame and possible solutions. And, there will always be a choice between these two responses.
