When we feel frustrated, angry or insecure around someone, we might blame them for our feelings. But, they aren’t responsible for the way we feel – we are. We’re usually bugged because they activated feelings we have about ourselves that we aren’t ready to look at. We project these disowned feelings onto them and resist them, thinking that this will help us feel better.
