There are many things to explore, feats to accomplish and so much love to be shared in the course of a lifetime. The essential motivation behind all of this is the desire to feel good (or, at least, better.) On some level, you already know that nothing outside of you can sustainably provide you with the feeling you’re after. The pragmatic thing to do is to practice feeling good for no reason right now. Turn your lips into a smile and keep them there for at least seven seconds and you’ll notice an immediate difference.
