Think of some element in your life that’s bugging you right now. It could be an issue with a friend, work, finances or health. Do you feel bad when you think about it? Do you blame yourself (or somebody else) for the situation? What if you decided right now that it isn’t really a problem at all? What if whatever is happening is actually perfect? What if you could just accept it and look with fresh eyes to see how it might serve you?
No problem.

How startling and stark in its simplicity! I sense this is another theme on the embodiment trail, which I think of as an invitation to detachment.
