Fear is an unreliable motivator. Imminent danger is one thing, but fearing the future because we don’t currently have all the information isn’t rational or sound. We’ve all worried needlessly about so many things that might have happened (but never did) that it’s easy to see how frequently we err in fearing the future. Focusing on fearful scenarios predisposes us to being blind to solutions. When the internal fear monster rears its head, just say no thank you and look forward to discovering how it all works out because, when problems show up…
So do solutions.
