The masculine and feminine energies are at work in all things. This is true on the mental, physical and spiritual planes. All creation requires the interaction of the two. Similar to the law of polarity, everything in existence is defined by its opposite. Regardless of one’s biology or sexual orientation, either pole can be dominant. The masculine aspect is associated with will, being expressive and outward-focused. The feminine is receptive, generative and associated with imagination. When these poles aren’t in balance, it creates stress. When they’re in equilibrium…
