Whatever we can’t tell the truth about doesn’t serve our overall well-being. The fact that we feel the need to lie or mislead means that we’re pretending to be something we’re not in order to manipulate others. But, the short term benefits are rarely worth the deeper price we pay. Deceptive behavior stems from a lack of faith in ourselves and in life. The remedy is to trust, believe and…
Be as real as we possibly can.

Dear mam
I have read in more than one entries of yours about the witnessing within us is the reality rest are the rolled we are identified.
I was trying off late to be a witness to myself and my thoughts.I feel a sort of dichotomy within me.when this separation exist how will I live with involvement.
I witnesse laughing, then I see someone within me who is sitting by the sides and not taking part in the laughter.unless I establish such a totality in each of my life experience how will I be completly involved with the massive phenomenon thats life

Thank you Sarath for the question. The witnessing part of ourselves is the part that observes with great interest what’s happening, but it sees from a more balanced viewpoint. When we’re identified with that part of ourselves, our actions will come from a balanced place and cause right action. We won’t be uninvolved, we just won’t be over-reactive or coming from an unbalanced viewpoint.
