Sometimes working with others is frustrating. But giving into irritation makes you feel bad and slows everyone down even more. In spite of appearances, your team members are doing the best they can under the circumstances. Even if you (think you) know someone is capable of a better performance, you can’t really know what’s going on for them physically, mentally or emotionally. If you feel hampered by someone, resist the normal temptation to blame them. Be supportive and view the very act of being kind as part of your work.

Better vibes, better results.
