Nothing holds meaning independent of the meaning we give it. That’s really good news because it means we can change our story to feel better any time we want. When the way we interpret something causes us (or others) pain, ‘nothing means anything’ is an excellent axiom to remember. It reminds us that we can pause and choose an alternate way of seeing things. Our programming creates our reflexive response to life but, when we remember our freedom to choose our story, we’re able to determine how we want to feel and ‘reframe’ so it…

Works for us.
