The only time you ever have is the moment you’re in. The past is over. The future always arrives as the NOW. Your power to create, enjoy, relate, connect, expand and love only ever exists in this moment. When you fret, worry, stress, feel anxious or otherwise fail to see how this moment serves you, you miss the richness of life. If you’re not doing everything in your power to appreciate what’s happening around you, you might benefit from an attitude adjustment. Make it in the only time you ever have…
NOW.

This is another one to get taped onto my mirror. Soon I won’t have any room left. But I won’t need room on my mirror when I master fear and worry.
It does require persistence and practice. How slippery I find this slope attests to the requirement for patience and practice. I think that freedom from fear is finally all I need. I will keep practicing and remembering it’s possible!
