Do you ever start thinking about someone’s behavior and get so aggravated that you lose focus on what you’re doing? Stirring up negativity in this way robs you of energy and keeps you agitated. Since you can’t ever really know where their behavior is coming from, wasting your precious energy thinking negatively about them is self-defeating. When you find yourself going there, the self-loving thing to do is to look within to see if you’re feeling bad about yourself and just finding someone else to project it onto. If you are, stop it…

And forgive yourself.
