Valentine’s Day is an occasion for lovers to celebrate their partners with cards expressing their feelings, flowers, chocolates and special meals. But it’s also a marvelous opportunity to celebrate love more broadly. We can make it a special day to connect with everyone we meet, especially those we might ordinarily take for granted (waiters, cashiers, service personnel of every stripe and even complete strangers).
