The mind constantly organizes its perceptions in order to make sense of a complex world. It condenses massive quantities of information into classes and categories. But when we label what we see, we’re projecting what we expect instead of actually observing what’s there. When we don’t perceive with fresh eyes, we aren’t present. When we’re not present, we’re not living fully. We can enhance our presence by imagining that we’re seeing everything, even familiar things, for the first time. No problem, do you mind if I post your questions there (with or without your name) so others may benefit from the dialogue?
Off late I have been intrigued by the idea that there is no purpose fir human life.its just a purposeless play.if it is so why do the 99% of the population are always on the run?
And the irony I found is that those who seems to be playing without any purpose have fulfilled the greatest purposes here in this planet like Krishna buddha LaoTzu mahavira zarathustra ramana maharshi etc.they are telling its all a play and yet their life seemed to be the most purposeful.what a paradox.
Dear mam dont you find this intriguing?
Yes, Sarath! It’s quite paradoxical. I do find it intriguing and playful and magical. The more I let go, the more joyful I feel. 🙂
Would you be willing to post your questions on our facebook page? That way others could see your questions, (which they may have too) and see the answers as well. Others might like to join in as well. Thank you!
