We live in the age of information. Anytime we have the desire to know something, we simply pick up our electronic device and query the answer. We are bombarded with facts, figures and analyses of things that are far removed from our lives. The more information we consume, the greater our appetite becomes. We reinforce this information addiction, compulsively reading the right newspapers, magazines and books so we don’t miss out on anything important. Unfortunately, this can keep us from developing something that’s much more necessary for enjoying a life of well-being: introspection and the fruit it yields…
