Underneath the chatter, your mind is spacious and clear. When you concentrate on the present moment, you’re rooted in peace, calm and joy. When you condemn or judge others, you pollute your mind. Indulging in these kinds of toxic thoughts contaminates you and everyone you come in contact with. If you want to maintain excellent mental hygiene, break the habit of judging, criticizing or complaining about anyone or anything. To experience more uninterrupted joy, try to refrain from even forming an opinion for the next week.
We dare you!

I accept this challenge without complaint or criticism. The person I complain most about is myself, so not judging, criticizing, or complaining to myself about myself will be a superb exercise. I will hope to keep my use of the reset button down to never more than once an hour, and maybe I’ll even get up to a day. A week is another word for an eon, so this is one heck of an exercise!
Regardless of the time period, I think of how much the interior view will improve with no bitching and snarling! Having begun to succeed by fits and starts, I can just picture the place in blue skies and soft, celestial breezes! Reminds me ever so much of John Bunyan’s “Pilgrim’s Progress”! No wonder Americans carried that with them on their Westward Trek!
