Our judgments of others are really about ourselves. When we’re unable to admit that we could be that bad, we project the judgment out onto others and dislike it out there. When we can accept ourselves unconditionally, we do the same for others. When we’re self-loving, disharmony inspires us to try to understand rather than blame and criticize.
