Our decisions and actions are driven by our beliefs, many of which were adopted before we were able to understand their relevance or truth. Some are contradictory and create internal conflict, while others are innocuous. Anxiousness, fear and stagnation are signs that we’re at the effect of beliefs that don’t suport our well-being.
