According to Aristotle, the key ingredient to leading a happy and satisfying life is to have a clear understanding of your philosophical perspective so you understand what’s important and what’s not; then you have to act in alignment with that understanding. If you haven’t mapped out your philosophy of life, you’re like a ship without a rudder. If you do have a map, but you’re not living in accordance with it, you’re generating some serious internal static making it difficult for you to feel peaceful and enjoy life. Happiness happens when you’re in synch…
With yourself.

What a marvelous little gem this is – a baby black hole in a fabric I thought I had mapped out. I’ve first got to improve my perspective on what a “philosophy of life” is. Then I have to work out what I can do about not heeding it better. Lord knows, I can see the internal static part all too well! May even help me in my problems with figuring out what would make me feel fulfilled!
