The quality of your life is totally up to you. How you feel is the result of where you direct your attention. Whenever you think about something that makes you feel bad, it lowers your vibration and makes your more likely to look at your cup as half empty. If you dislike an aspect of your environment, ask yourself what you can do to improve it. If you think of something, take action.
