Conventional wisdom suggests that exercising compassion rather than critically judging others behavior. Having compassion means exercising sympathy and tolerance toward others. But there’s another path to compassion, which can bring about greater self-awareness, while showing empathy and kindness. It has to do with looking inside ourselves and finding that part of us which might, in the same circumstances, behave in same way.
