We can’t know for sure what might make us happier than we are right now. That’s why it’s a good idea to stop chasing what we think will do the trick. Doing things in order to become happier later is living life backwards. Knowing how we want to feel and remembering to focus on that feeling often, not only makes us feel good now, it puts us in the right vibrational frequency to attract people and circumstances that actually do make us happy.
