Fear of danger, failure, missing out or being embarrassed often causes us to react to situations unconsciously with misinterpretations and knee-jerk reactions, rather than responding from balance and clarity. Fear is usually a response to hypotheticals that activate triggers caused by our programming. These unconscious reactions manufacture problems where there were none. When fear arises and we recognize there’s no real threat to our well being, becoming conscious and feeling the bodily sensations that accompany our emotions helps relieve the momentary discomfort and serves to heal the original trigger.
