Our minds are so powerful, they can change our body chemistry. Certain activities we engage in produce adrenaline and serotonin. Scientists have observed that just thinking about those activities produces the same chemicals in our bodies as doing them. We gradually become so accustomed to the chemical environment we create that we unconsciously develop habits that ensure they continue.
