Do you delay happiness in order to motivate yourself? Do you withhold feeling good until you get rid of that one thing on your to-do list? Even if you do get things done that way, you develop the habit of not feeling good in this moment. What you practice you become good at. Don’t become a master of delaying joy. You’ll never get everything done.
