Addicted to Drama?

We live in a familiar emotional environment that’s created by our conditioning and thinking patterns. Until we’re aware of our programming, we make little messes in our lives. When we’re accustomed to drama, we actually become uncomfortable when life is going along too smoothly and might even unconsciously find ways to stir things up. But we don’t have to live like this. There’s a relatively easy behavioral fix to change how we live: Stop complaining, avoid blaming others and realize that nothing means anything until we assign meaning to it.
