Moodiness is often the result of unresolved anger. It’s an unconscious method of coping with feelings we haven’t fully taken responsibility for. When we’re moody, we tend to project blame outward rather than accept our own role in creating our feelings. The way to deal with others who are moody is to set boundaries and compassionately make it clear we won’t cater to their moodiness.
