Tuning in and really acknowledging our feelings helps us feel better when we’re sad, hurt, frightened, depressed or just in a funk. All our feelings are valid and worthy of feeling. They aren’t all necessarily based in fact, but they need to be felt. If we notice our physical sensations and imagine they’re passing right through us, we’ll see that moods always change and they’re not who we truly are. We’re the sky in which the weather happens. We can stay calm even in the eye of the storm when we remember that it’s always clear…
