If you believe life is hard, it is. If you believe you’re lucky, you are. Reality is neutral until it’s filtered through your belief system. You aren’t responsible for the way your filter was formed, but when you become consciously aware that it’s determining your experience of life, you can question the beliefs that don’t serve you. Each new moment offers you another opportunity to view the world with negativity, positivity or just the plain is-ness of life. Whatever choice you make has a huge effect on the way you feel.
