If you want to become really good at something, do it everyday. Whether learning a musical instrument or developing a physical skill, when you do it regularly, you make the sort of progress that builds on itself. Doing something everyday creates mental, physical or emotional muscle memory. When you skip days, weeks or months, the muscle you’ve developed is lost and you have to start over.
