Many humans believe that life is happening to them. They think the ability to control their experience is beyond their capacity. While it is true that much is beyond our control, we do have power over the most important factor governing our quality of life: our spin. We make millions of choices based on our conditioning and recurrent thoughts patterns that determine how we feel. Most of us create our experience of life with little awareness of our part in it. When we recognize our role and know how to make adjustments…
We’re awake.

Thanks a lot mam

Dear mam
Would you suggest a book to understand the scope and play of Krishna’s Leela?
How will I unburden myself of all the aspirations and unaccomplished ambitions?how will I let it go and make my life a Leela with full awareness?
Buddha seems dull but Krishna is exuberance in action.forgive my ignorance if it is.because I cannot find it otherwise.
Dear Sarath, God Talks with Arguna may help you have a clearer understanding of Krishna.
Sarath, it’s so simple that it seems impossible, but try to just drop your demands of yourself and allow yourself to be! Every now and then, stop what you are doing and just look around your immediate surroundings and try to appreciate what you see. Try to look with an open mind as if you’re seeing what you’re seeing for the first time, (which you are because everything is changing second by second.)
Living a life that’s driven by shoulds and demands is a false life. Only when you’re living in the present moment are you really living. All else is a dream world occurring in the imagination. Just try to become more and more aware of where you’re actually living…in a dream or in the NOW! 🙂
It beats the hell out of me how you can make these all different when they’re all dead center! It may be just that the center of the universe is exactly where we are. Today’s is certainly a beauty.

Thank you Larry! We love you!!!
