Anger is a natural reaction to unwanted, unexpected or fearful circumstances. The feeling originates in the primitive part of the brain which is concerned with survival. Acknowledging when we’re angry is an absolute requirement for maintaining a healthy emotional life, but acting from anger doesn’t help.
