The qualities or characteristics we admire in others already exist within ourselves. They may be dormant or undeveloped but they’re in there. Acknowledging that we possess them changes our perspective about what’s possible. We project admiration out there and often fail to realize that what we’re admiring in others, we could admire in ourselves if we acknowledged and developed our talents and capabilities.
