It’s very easy to get caught up in a mad rush, pursuing one goal after another. Full schedules packed with interesting and challenging activities give us a sense of productivity and accomplishment. While some degree of planning is obviously necessary, long to-do lists and busy schedules keep us looking forward to the next opportunity, diversion or achievement.
