No matter how hurt you may feel by others’ actions, it’s your job to fix it inside. Prolonged anger, resentment and blame won’t help. What will help heal is acknowledging your emotions and feeling them as sensations in your body until they dissolve. It’s important not to let go and forgive until you’ve fully honored your pain.
