Our personal vibration is a reflection of our emotional, psychological and physical states. Emotions like resentment, anger and disappointment create a lower vibration. We all occasionally pass through these feelings and they do need to be honestly felt and processed, but lingering is unnecessary and destructive. Our vibration magnetizes people and conditions that resonate with it and that creates a feedback loop.
