Tool #6 – Forgiveness
Well-being requires that we move through the emotions that block the free-flow of energy. As soon as we notice something troubling us, it’s important to honestly acknowledge our feelings about it and then let it go. Forgiving those whom we perceive to have wronged us, cleanses our consciousness of the ravishing effects of resentment and anger. This doesn’t mean forgetting, it just means recognizing that harboring these emotions harms us. We’re all doing the best we can given our level of awareness, at any point in time. Remembering this makes it easier to forgive everyone…
