When your body goes out of balance, it gives you signals. If you listen and take corrective measures, it usually glides back into balance. If you don’t, the signals get louder and stronger. All of life is like that. The messages can be found in whatever is before you. If you like what you see, be grateful. If not, take corrective measures.
Don’t make life scream at you.
Merci
I have found this to be so true! I am one of those that ignored my body’s messages for years until I became disabled with chronic pain. I am now on a journey of enlightenment due to this, but I still would prefer to have the enlightenment without the constant pain. This is a warning to all, please follow the advice given and spare yourself the screaming!!!
I hear you, thank you for this important reminder. I think many people do wait until life (or someone) is screaming before action is taken. I think this has to do with how we are wired and tuned in, or not. But I also wonder if we are just getting so many messages all the time by email, text messaging, phone messages, news articles and news scares about everything, including our health, and other stuff and ‘noise’ around us, such that we forget to listen to what’s important until the volume is turned up way too high – and then we have to listen…. Thank you Jarl and Steve – love these messages!
