Worrying guarantees that we suffer over our fears. Feeling afraid that something unwanted will happen in the future translates into us living that experience in advance. Suffering ahead of time is totally unnecessary. Most of what we fear won’t happen anyway; if it does, the information we need to deal with it will come at the same time.
