Who We’re Really Angry At

Blaming anyone else for the way we feel doesn’t empower us or enhance our well-being. Our own happiness is our responsibility alone. Anger often arises when a situation or someone’s behavior fails to meet our expectations. But, who creates those expectations? We do! When life doesn’t unfold the way we think it should, if we investigate our feelings we’ll see that we’re actually upset with ourselves for not listening to and acting on our deeper understanding. When we’re in tune with reality as it is, what shows up not only doesn’t anger us…

It makes perfect sense.
