Everyday we hear messages telling us how to be happy. They sell us on the notion that taking action on the outside is the best way to improve how we feel on the inside. It’s true that our environment, possessions and activities can have a temporary impact on our well-being, but we could spend our whole life chasing those things without experiencing true satisfaction.
