Contrary to popular belief, life isn’t about what you do, what you have, where you go or who you know. It’s about how you feel. Understanding this helps you improve your personal experience without taking unnecessary detours. No more feeling compelled to perform according to standards you didn’t create. No more striving to prove yourself to others. Just get in touch with your real feelings and be true to yourself. Being authentic eliminates the stress that goes with trying to be somebody you’re not. Plus, it feels…
Really good.

Dear man
May I ask you one question that I should have asked much earlier,in a way it should have been the very first question.
What you are providing here are gems of wisdom.even then it is a set of instructions.it could be forgotten easily.i many times got awe struck by the immensity of your daily tidbits impact over me.But soon after a few weeks when I go through these again,I feel sad that I have forgotten to act in alignment with these again and again.
Could you suggest a step for a better integration of these wise teachings into the memory.?if you could make it step by step,it would be easy for us to follow.i hope you may answer this for me and for many out there for whom i am sure have the same exact problem
Much love
Sarath
We are thinking about this Sarath! We know (ourselves) how easy it is to forget to act in alignment with what we know is best rather than from our automatic conditioning. Thank you for the questions, suggestion and feedback.
