Whatever political, religious or ethnic affiliation we have, being so extreme that we won’t consider other points of view or question our own is self-destructive. Blind faith negates reason in favor of inflammatory stories about how wrong the other is. Hateful condemnation or angry exclusivity are sure signs of primitive beliefs that may momentarily feel good, but will ultimately fail to bring peace, love or harmony. In a world that is far more nuanced than black and white one-liners, there’s only one approach that will create the kind of world we want…
Realizing that we’re all one.

Mam I have one more question.
They used to say do things with your whole heart with as much intensity as possible
What is the meaning of this doing with whole heart and intensity?

Dear mam
Kindly throw some light upon how past impressions remain in the Mind and lingers for a longer time killing the spontaneity of the moment???
Say for eg,a woman who used to smile at me during my evening walks failed to smile on a certain day, then she remains my after thoughts for a long time.
That’s the nature of the mind, but you don’t have to continue down that path. At any point in time you can think of something else and continue to think of something else every time the thought reappears. Or you can examine why that has such a hold on you. Were you concerned about her well being? Or were you afraid she was angry at you? If the latter is the case, you could ask yourself why you would disturb your own peace of mind because one human being didn’t smile one day. Once we start to inquire about why we would listen to a mind like that (and we all have that kind of mind) we see that there’s a good reason to really find out the truth of who we really are. We are not the mind.
Very well put! Couldn’t be said any better! Thanks. Love, Larry
