If some aspects of your life don’t feel so good, try making different choices. Often, all you need to do to make an improvement is tweak the way you think and talk about them. Avoid complaining and try to resist recounting stories of misfortune and disappointment to others, it only fuels discontent. If an unpleasant story enters your mind, feel your feelings and let the energy wash through you. Keeping your attention on the parts of your life that you love…
Helps those grow.
Grow.

“staying present to each moment”..i dont understand how will we remain conscious each moment without getting drifted away to unconsciousness..i understand what awareness literally means..but i dont know it within..

Thank you Sarath. We have a few practices. Tai chi chuan has been a life-long practice of over 40 years for me and 20 for Steve. We both meditate daily and do daily journal writing to make sure we are both attuned to what’s going on subconsciously in our emotional world. We’ve studied many spiritual traditions and found a common thread running through all of them. That thread is what informs our work. Thanks again. As a couple, we provide for each other an accurate mirror which helps us each remain on the path to greater self-awareness and self-honesty. Our main practice is to try to stay present with each moment and to feel, heal and let go of old stories that hurt and judgments of ourselves and others.
