Accepting reality as it is, is a sane way to live. In contrast, focusing on what has, is or will go wrong, not only ruins the present moment, it keeps us stuck in a vibration that negatively impacts what comes next. What we think of as mistakes or misfortune often proves valuable later on by showing us what we don’t want and by bringing us a step closer to knowing what we do. Realizing the impossibility of this moment being any different than it is, can help us find the value in…
Everything.

This gratitude is right in the heart of what I need. I tell this to myself constantly and still need to see it! Somehow I think I shouldn’t be having difficult and confusing times!
Love, Larry
Thanks for the heads up Larry. Your journey has brought you the precise point you are at today. Why burden yourself (and of course we all do this!) with an extra layer of “This shouldn’t be happening to me!”? That thought itself is responsible for no small part of how we feel. If we can remember that this moment is as it needs to be, no matter how different our minds tell us it SHOULD be, we’ll feel better immediately, regardless of the circumstances.
Love,
Steve
