Playing small to make others feel comfortable doesn’t help anyone. When others feel envious of your good fortune, skills, or intelligence, they’re choosing to feel that way. Treating your success as an inspiration is just as easy and a whole lot healthier. Jealousy and envy send a message to the subconscious mind that success is something undesirable and to be avoided. This self-sabotage prevents them from enjoying the same good fortune themselves. The best policy is to spend time with people you admire who feel…
The same about you.

This seems a little confusing to me. I don’t mind third person as an example for our own contemplation, but this uses third parties! (sentences two through five). It feels to me like advice to our associates, when we know our associates didn’t ask for advice. Better we should consider our own jealousy and envy (?)
