Most people just want to feel good. Trying to please in order to be liked is laborious and obvious. Looking outside of yourself for the right reflection doesn’t work out in the long run. Making authenticity your primary objective does. The direct path to contentment is knowing what you want and sincerely trying to live in alignment with that. Being at peace with who you are means accepting all your warts, issues, imperfections and even incomplete desires. When you can do that…
You’re happy.
