Nothing worthwhile is that simple!” It’s related to the old notion that “you get what you pay for”. Instead, we find out that this bounty is indeed that simple and that it should be the underlayment for everything else we learned, our “socialization”. Therefore, parents should show this stuff to their kids in the womb. I’m serious: kids are learning how to get by much earlier than we think, and this stuff should be pre-socialization, not just pre-school!
