If you’re withdrawn and unconcerned about what happens in life, you could be mistaken for an uncaring, unloving zombie. If you care too much about the countless and (mostly) insignificant details in your life, you could slide into a habit of obsessive compulsiveness. Neither of these extremes is healthy. But moving through life with just the right amount of detachment can really help you to embody a calm and relaxed attitude and keep you centered and balanced. You do it by remembering that almost nothing is actually that important. Keep in mind that, in the grand scheme of things, very little is worth getting upset about. It’s good to recognize errors so you don’t repeat them, but don’t torture yourself.
Take note and move on.
