Knowing what you don’t want helps you know what you do. The magnetism of clarity attracts in alignment with your desires. Fighting what you don’t want energizes it and keeps you stuck. Helping others fight their fights only strengthens what they’re fighting against. When you notice the temptation to harbor irritation, blame or resentment, remember it’s often your identity trying to define itself in a clumsy way. Rather than fuel the flames of fires you don’t want, do something that will really help. Shift your attention to what you want to see.
Energize that instead.
